Elliot J. Spiegel has been at the forefront of luxury spec real estate development. Along with Jonathan Menlo, they created Luxitalia. The goal was to deliver bespoke luxury living nationally. The Luxitalia team came to Captivate, looking to build a luxury brand as well as a custom web experience to allow potential clients to experience the Luxitalia showroom digitally.
